SRQ Garage Floors is an information site about garage floor coating in Sarasota. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Who we are

SRQ Garage Floors is a trade name of Terragroupe, LLC. In these terms, "we" means Terragroupe, LLC.

Information, not advice

Pages, guides, price ranges and the Garage Floor Price Estimator are general information. They are not engineering, legal, tax or insurance advice, and they are not a quote.

Price ranges come from the third-party guides listed on each page. Permit rules, HOA rules and data sheets change, so check with your building department, your association and the installer before you decide.

No contractor relationship

SRQ Garage Floors is a guide. Unless a page says otherwise, we do not do garage floor work ourselves. Any work is done by an independent installer under a written agreement between you and that installer.

Check the installer's own insurance and terms before you sign.

Installer availability

We are not booking jobs yet. When a local installer is available, we may pass on your request, but only with your consent. We may decline or delay a request. Telling us about your project does not oblige you to buy.

Calls and requests

This site has no phone line and no request form yet. When they open, the handling described in the privacy policy applies: calls will be recorded and transcribed, a notice will play when the call connects, and you will be able to talk without recording.

Our content

The text, data compilations and design of this site belong to Terragroupe, LLC or its sources. You may link to a page. Do not copy the site in bulk or pass our content off as yours.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, this site is provided as is, and Terragroupe, LLC is not liable for losses from using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

Florida law governs these terms.
